Ice cream parlor MerSy opened in 2021 in the characteristic domain of the Molen van Moelingen. An old water mill that has recently been transformed into picturesque holiday homes and a restaurant area.

The name "MêrSy" stands for Mêrel and Sym, the two young ladies who managed to make this ice cream parlor a success! Due to their studies, there was not enough time to grow the ice cream shop. As a result, MêrSy started looking for someone who would take over the beautiful project. Sym is our niece and her father, our uncle Eddy, is co-owner of the Molen van Moelingen. This makes this adventure not only Family Friendly but also Family Made.
